  7. Review Election filings, cancel election or set election date (November 3, 2020), review paperwork filed with the State, and if all is in order, cancel election and swear in council members.
  8. Elect Mayor Pro Tempore.
  9. Discussion and possible action concerning 2020 budget potential shortfall, and administrative procedures (checkbook and bank statements).
  10. Discussion and possible action on 3125 E Trailwood. Item for Mathew R. Linde, 3213 E Trailwood.
  11. Discussion and possible action on 2037 Valley View Drive, new construction. Item for Anthony Taylor, Realtor.
  12. Discussion and possible action on leasing a storage unit for city files. Item in budget.
